At Stily, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the size doesn't fit, we offer a flexible exchange policy within 10 days of receiving your order. Please read the following terms carefully.
Exchange Policy

You are eligible for a size exchange within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

The request must be submitted via email to stily.ma@gmail.com or through our contact form.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. We will cover the shipping for the exchanged item sent back to you.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is out of stock, we will offer store credit or suggest an alternative.
No Refunds Policy
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered. In such cases:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Provide clear photos of the product and the packaging.
